General Domestic (US):
Due to the ever rising postal prices, in general, I ship USPS Priority Mail-whatever the current rate, which is $5.00.
We highly recommend insurance of your jewelry. We carefully package your items to provide the most protection, accidents do happen in transport. We will not be responsible for damage incurred due to mishandling by the Post Office if insurance is not orderedd.

For orders over $200.00 Shipping and Insurance is FREE.
International:
I ship USPS Priority International, and the price is based on weight. Insurance is mandatory, and the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
General
Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and the Return Policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase. We understand there are times that your perception of the item purchased is different, when personally inspecting the item. That is usually apparent immediately upon opening the package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and restocking fee if it applies). To receive a refund, you will need to contact us first. We will provide a return address. You may want to insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Then, return unworn, undamaged items in their original conidition within 14 days of receipt of item, and you will receive a refund minus shipping cost and restocking fees (if it applies).After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Should you have a concern about an item you’ve purchased, please Contact us with any questions.
Exceptions
Note that custom handmade jewelry orders are not refundable, as we are in constant contact via email & with photos, during the process of making the jewelry. Items that are damaged or worn are not refundable.
Payment
General:
Paypal works best for Mariska’s Jewelry Designs. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. The advantage of using Paypal is that they keep your Private information Secure. Our website won’t have any of that information. Mariska’s Jewelry Designs can also process your Visa and Mastercard over the phone, if you’d prefer that option. Personal checks are accepted, and item will be shipped when your check clears.
If you are choosing Layaway, let us know, you’re first payment (1/3 of the total amount), will be due immediately.

Layaway
If you would like to purchase an item and pay over time, you will need to pay for at least 1/3 of the purchase total at the of initial purchase, and you can pay the other 2/3 over 2 months. Your item will ship when all checks have cleared the bank. If you do not complete all payments, your initial 1/3 is not refundable, and will be considered a restocking fee.
